Radiographic Evaluation of Pualuation Vasculature in Congenital Heart Diseases

Abstract
The radiographic evaluation of pulmonary vasculature, by the plain chest P-A film alone, is the simple best method for detection of congenital heart disease.
There were analized by 5 radiologists for evaluation of pulmonary vasculature in 31 cases of T.O.F, 35 V.S.D., 11 A.S.D., 26 P.D.A. of the congenital heart diseases and 12 normals.
Results were as follows:
1. In assessment of pulmonary vascularity of individual interpreter in various diseases, T.O.F. was evaluated as a manifestation of decreased pulmonary vascularity in 74.2%, but V.S.D., and P.D.A. were evaluated as increase of it in 69.2%, 70.8% and 86.7%.
2. In average of individual aesessment in various diseases expressed the scoring of -3.4. in T.O.F., +5.0 in V.S.D., +4.3 in A.S.D. and +5.9 in P.D.A.
3. In interpersonal correspondency and perceptual probability, probability of 5/5 in T.O.F. was 3.2%, V.S. D. 25.7¡Æx, A.S.D. 0% P.D.A. 11.5%_ and 25.0% in normal.
Conclusively, average probability of 5/5 was 13.9%.
